The Shade Tree Commission addresses problems with trees and determines what the needs are for the City of Owatonna in connection to its tree planting program. Commission Members recommend the variety of trees to be planted on boulevards or in parks. They address questions or concerns regarding construction projects that may interfere with existing boulevard trees.
