To apply for a Retail Fireworks License, complete the following steps:
- Download the Retail Fireworks License Application and Ordinance (PDF).
- Complete all of the forms in the application.
- Mail completed forms, detailed site plan, and payment to:

All applications are reviewed by the fire chief and submitted to the city council for approval.
