You will need to email or return mail the paperwork to the Owatonna HRA.  Please apply the same standards if you have any interim changes.

At this time HQS inspections will be performed for only new move-in cases.  If you have a scheduled HQS inspection we will send you a letter ahead of time to inform you of the cancellation, at that time.

We will continue to closely monitor this ever-changing situation with COVID-19 and adjust our processes accordingly. Please feel free to contact me 507-774-7318 or ghassan.madkour@ci.owatonna.mn.us if you have any questions or more information.
