Ten entry-level skills training sessions that focus on learning and building the skills needed to play lacrosse, including, passing, catching, ground balls, defense, offense, and transition. Sessions are twice a week from the last week of April until the last week of May. One of the final sessions may include a scrimmage with an out of town team; if so, travel will need to be provided by the parents. Coaching and equipment is provided by the Owatonna Lacrosse Association. However, players are required to furnish their own mouth guards and appropriate clothing.
